  • Bring Gold Spoon Creamery to any event! Our mobile ice cream cart can serve groups of up to 500 people and can hold up to 6 flavors of ice cream. This option is great for groups of over 100 people and works well both indoors and outdoors. If outdoors, you must provide space for our tent and a solid surface for our cart.

    This is an excellent option for weddings, corporate events, or parties with a large number of people. You are sure to get top-notch customer service and happy guests all around with this tasty ice cream catering option.

    The cost is broken down into travel + time + product.

    Travel: The cost for travel is $2 per mile both to and from our shop.

    Time: This option is $150 for the first hour, then $50 per additional hour.

    Product: The ice cream is $4.75 per single scoop and $7.00 per double scoop (add $1 per vegan scoop).

    Bowls, spoons, napkins, and a Gold Spoon team member to scoop for you are all included. To reserve your date, you must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to the hourly rate for the length of your event. You will be invoiced for travel and scoops served at the end of your event.

    *Please note that we cannot take our mobile cart to events with stairs and our cart requires electricity.

  • Similar to the “You Serve” option below, a Gold Spoon team member will show up to your event, pop-up with our branded setup, and serve your guests out of our cold crocks. This option allows for up to 4 flavors with each flavor serving about 50 scoops. Our ice cream will stay cold for up to 3 hours indoors and 2 hours outdoors. If outdoors, you must provide space for our tent.

    This is an excellent option for those who do not want to deal with the cleanup or set up of an ice cream party, but want to enjoy a delicious frozen treat! You are sure to get top-notch customer service and happy guests all around with this tasty and low-cost ice cream catering option.

    Time: This option is $75 for the first hour, then $25 per additional hour.

    Product: The ice cream is $4.75 per single scoop and $7.00 per double scoop (add $1 per vegan scoop).

  • No electricity? No problem. Our 3-gallon cold crocks can keep your ice cream frozen for up to three hours indoors or up to two hours outdoors. This allows for up to 4 flavors with each flavor serving about 50 scoops. This option is versatile, easy, and great for smaller events.

    Each 3-gallon bucket of ice cream is $125 (or $150 for vegan flavors) and the rental for each cold crock and a scoop is $25. Bowls and spoons are all included. To reserve your date, you must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to the rental fee of the cold crocks. The remaining amount for the ice cream will be due at pickup.

    *Please note that with this option, you are purchasing the entire 3 gallons of ice cream. At the end of your event, please remove any extra ice cream from the buckets and place it in your own containers. You will need to return the crocks, scoops, and ice cream buckets within 24 hours.
