Ice Cream Makers ensure that every flavor meets our high standards for quality, taste, and consistency. From prepping ingredients and spinning batches to packaging pints and maintaining a spotless kitchen, this team keeps the magic going.
This is a role rooted in teamwork, cleanliness, and attention to detail. You’ll follow recipes precisely, manage inventory, help maintain equipment, and occasionally collaborate on new seasonal or experimental flavors. Every batch you make directly contributes to someone’s best moment of the day.
As an Ice Cream Maker, you WIll
Work in a production kitchen focused on crafting high-quality, small-batch ice cream.
Prepare mix-ins, swirl in sauces, and spin base into finished ice cream using our equipment.
Follow recipes with accuracy to ensure consistency in flavor and texture.
Package pints, restock supplies, and label inventory with attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace by following sanitation protocols.
Occasionally collaborate on new flavor development and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Able to lift 50+ lbs frequently throughout a shift and be on your feet for extended periods.
Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
